Federal Agency participates in international workshop on police custody

On 9 and 10 June, the Federal Agency for the Prevention of Torture participated in an international workshop in Tirana on the subject of "The role of the NPMs in preventing ill-treatment in police settings: key rights for those deprived of their liberty by the police". The workshop was hosted by the People's Advocate of the Republic of Albania (Avokati i Popullit) and financed by the Council of Europe and the European Commission.
